📖 Instructions

  1. First things first, lets grab a big bowl and toss in the oat flour, protein powder, and baking powder. Give it a good mix to make sure everything's combined evenly.
  2. Now, in a separate bowl, whisk together the melted coconut oil, maple syrup, almond milk, and vanilla extract. This wet mixture is gonna bring everything together beautifully.
  3. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until a dough forms. Don't overmix it; just enough to combine everything. Some lumps are fine!
  4. Gently fold in the chocolate chips. I like to use mini chocolate chips because they distribute more evenly, but hey, use whatever makes your heart sing.
  5. Cover the bowl and chill the dough in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes. This helps the dough firm up and makes it easier to handle.
  6. While the dough is chilling, line a baking sheet with parchment paper. This prevents the bites from sticking and makes cleanup a breeze.
  7. Take the dough out of the fridge and roll it into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter. Place them on the prepared baking sheet.
  8. Pop the baking sheet into the preheated oven and bake for 8-10 minutes. Keep a close eye on them; you want them to be slightly golden around the edges.
  9. Remove the baking sheet from the oven and let the protein bites cool on the sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely. Its important to let them cool properly.
  10. Store the protein bites in an airtight container in the refrigerator. This helps them stay fresh and delicious for longer. Although I doubt theyll last long!
  11. And thats it! Enjoy your delicious and guilt-free Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Protein Craving bites! I like sprinkling mine with sea salt.

📝 Notes

  • For a richer flavor, use dark chocolate chips.
  • If the dough is too dry, add a little more almond milk, 1 tablespoon at a time.
  • For a vegan option, ensure your protein powder is plant-based.
