Before even thinking about foundation, skincare is KEY. Seriously, don't skip this step! I use a gentle cleanser, a hydrating toner (my skin is so dry!), and a light moisturizer. This is the base, people! A good base is important for any makeup look. Think of it like prepping a canvas before you paint—you wouldn't start without it, would you?
What's your favorite skincare routine?

Sun protection is super important, even on cloudy days. I always use a broad-spectrum sunscreen with at least SPF 30. It protects your skin from those harmful UV rays and prevents premature aging. Plus, it creates a smooth base for your makeup to sit on! Two birds, one stone, right?
I've tried many brands, my favourite one is EltaMD UV Clear Broad-Spectrum SPF 46.

Primer is a game-changer. It helps to minimize pores, create a smoother surface, and even out your skin tone. It ensures that your makeup lasts longer, preventing creasing and smudging. It's like the magic glue that holds everything together.
Which primer do you like the best?

I'm all about that natural look. So I usually use a tinted moisturizer or a light-coverage foundation. If your skin is already pretty even, you might be able to skip this step altogether! Less is often more, especially when you’re going for that 'no makeup' makeup look, ya know? This time, I will be using NARS Sheer Glow Foundation.

Got dark circles or blemishes? A little concealer can work wonders. I dab a small amount under my eyes and on any imperfections, blending it gently with my ring finger. This is your opportunity to create that natural, healthy look without too much coverage.

Well-groomed eyebrows instantly elevate your look. I use a brow gel to keep my eyebrows in place and define their shape. No need for heavy pencils or powders— just a subtle enhancement to frame your eyes.

Blush adds warmth and life to your complexion. I apply a cream blush to the apples of my cheeks, blending upwards towards my temples. Choose a shade that complements your skin tone. I am totally obsessed with MILK blush!

Mascara is my all-time favorite makeup product. A few coats of mascara open up your eyes and make them look brighter. I use a volumizing mascara, but any mascara will do! I've tried many brands, but Maybelline Lash Sensational is my go-to mascara!

Chapped lips are a no-no. I always start with a lip balm to keep my lips moisturized. Then, I add a touch of lip gloss or lipstick for a pop of color. It's a nice final touch!

To make your makeup last all day, a setting spray can be beneficial. I've noticed that using setting spray will keep your makeup lasting longer. It helps to set your makeup in place and prevent smudging. However, if you're going for that natural look, you can absolutely skip it. It is optional!
